phew...the week long iras training is finally over...its was omg...wth...wtf...so sian... frankly i am quite put off after knowing its a call center job...its not my cup of tea...but i think i was like caught in between all sorts...like should i quit...maybe can stay n try n see how...maybe it wont be that bad as i thot...so i din make a decision immediately to quit...then thru out the lesson...the trainers were like saying dun worry...its not going to be that bad as it is...n other encouraging things...although deep down the voice within me was discomfort...dissonance...aiyah...call center job seems to be like such an issue to me...i used to think any job were manageable as long as we r willing to try...but after the previous n present incident...i realised the reason behind quitting a job...

hmm...maybe i shld give a lil description of my training grp...there were suppose to be 10 person from the start...but one gave up the job n din come n 2 came the next day....

first person...miss n..the youngest amongst us...she apparently worked in iras b4 but was more of a backroom staff instead of the frontline job...i think she is also like quite dun like this call center job...haha...so i think the likely thing is going to happen to her is she will be deploy to other dept or she will just stick ard in the call center since she seems quite comfortable to stay in iras...

2nd person... miss hp...same as me...same from sim...same from uol.....but we like have never seen each other b4...haha...she ah...i think she quite heck la...but not as much complaints or as much displeasure as me...hmm...she looked more likely to stay then leave also i think...

3rd person...miss v...nus graduate who is still currently unemployed...she looks like she is looking forward alot to the job...although i feel she is over qualified la huh...haha...i think if not for her previous employment in iras she may not even have been employed...she is like to stay...

4th...miss pw...she is very quiet but definitely those joker type...those leng xiao hua queen among her peers...haha..cant really sense she is disliking the job...but hard to tell if she gonna stay behind or not...or perhaps like miss n will be posted to other dept...

5th...hmm..auntie fp?...cos she is actually the oldest among us...n already had 3 kids...she is the most serious trainee la..the only one that din fall asleep...well..but i feel actually she is not that zai albeit the zai image she showed...no offence la...just that i feel she is answering more of the qns post by the trainers by experience than knowledge...and ask qns that were not covered in class but what she deem as "smart" qns...nonetheless...her attention is still admirable...she shld be staying....

6th...miss fk...haha..my best kaki for the training...cos she share the same displeasure....dun play play ...pple study medicine in ireland one...haha...n a pretty girl also...got looks got brains...think her bf is so fortunate sia...most likely she will leave la...she gonna take like 2 block leaves btn now to august ...n she is like disliking the job so much...haha...we r taking abt tendering together...but we decide to die die stay on just to make sure we will be paid for the training...

7th...miss j...the only dropout so far...but well i think her reason is more than well-backed ba..she is a graduating student n already found a perm job...so there is no reason from her to stay...anyway thanks to her for telling abt no pay if i decide to leave during training...thats y i stayed thru out the training...

8th...the most zai one among us....miss e...well she has done the same thing b4 la...so its like refreshment class for her...maybe thats y she sleeps most in the class...no problem for her la..she is staying for sure...

i am so like odd one out sia...the only guy...maybe its call center job la...so female is more sought after...anyway another incident also shows i am odd one out...haha...what happen is for the feedback form i filled in...i wrote i think i was only able to answer 40-45% of the calls...haha...so the perm staff came n find out y i write such a low degree of proficiency...but heck la...i thot i shld write a lower figure just in case i cant deliver what i wrote then it will be worse....hai...dunno if i will stay on...to leave straight after the training is like so irresponsible...but well...it will be pointless to stay n make things worse for iras i think...
