suddenly
banished to hell.............
for the first time i drove to work yesterday....all for 30 mins more of sleep...n it cost me dearly..
look on the bright side...at least i managed to reach office in time...
anyway what i wanted to share was some views of me from my colleagues.
following our performance appraisal lately....we have this start stop continue thingy...
Start:
1. Start to be more enthusiastic in monitoring staff performances and give appropriate recognitions.
2. Start to be more aggressive and daring towards external counterparties, especially in times needed to support the actions of the staff, such as requesting for waiver of error committed.
3. Start to learn the entire working process, especially RLBX (from top to bottom), so as to be fully equipped with relevant skills to handle the team better.
4. Start to be more resourceful, especially during problem solving.
5. Start to motivate the morals of the staff.
6. Start to be more vocal, especially during briefing.
7. Start to be more decisive and demonstrate high level of confidence.
8. Start to reward staff more generously, take initiative to find opportunity to award stars for star card for and extra mile performed by the staff. (ie: help out in SVS, VR for clearing ops, etc)
9. Start to praise staff more often. (May adopt the strategy of 5 praises to 1 negative feedback)
10. Start to build rapport with staff.
Continue:
1. Continue to be caring and sensitive to subordinates.
2. Continue to put yourself in the shoes of the subordinates.
3. Continue to be patient, humble, friendly and sweet.
4. Continue to be a good role model to all the staff.
5. Continue to give support and fight for subordinates’ rights.
Stop:
1. Stop being too quiet.
2. Stop being indecisive.
some of them made me felt good...but some made me felt bad...haha..
any comments anyone?...
